Our Signature Design Process
Our signature process is broken down into six steps, even though our approach to every design process depends on the product itself to build a sustainable solution to bring growth & prosperity.
The first phase of the UX design process is to understand what are we designing, and for whom?
What problems are they facing? How are they struggling and how can we contribute?
After understanding users we try to understand the brand needs to provide better solutions that align with their long-term goals.
After jotting down all the problems, we conduct research to gather the information and knowledge to find the solution.
01 1:1 Interview
We interview face to face to observe better and listen closely to what our target user has to say.
02 Focus Group Discussion
To have an in-depth analysis we arrange discussions with focus groups to understand their needs on the features of the user interference.
03 User Surveys
We make questionnaires with specific questions that will answer our queries and send them to the mass targeted audience.
04 Usability Testing
In this phase, we find ways to improve the usability of a product by watching how users interact with the product.
In this stage, we analyze and simplify the most relevant parts using all of the information obtained in the previous two stages.
01 User Persona
We make multiple types of the persona of how our ideal customers look like. In general, we comprise an identity, relevant quotes, and information about any behavioral trends in the user persona.
02 User Journey Map
Based on what we learned during the research process we create a user journey map to comprehend what people will experience when using the product or service.
03 Customer Journey Map
We use customer journey maps to assess how well customer experiences fulfill consumer expectations and to identify areas where designs must be improved.
Finally the phase came, where we start building and developing the product.
In this step, we create an outline to visualize how individual web pages or application screens are related to one another.
We create diagrams that illustrate the entire user journey while interacting with a product, from the initial interaction to the last.
We explore and work out multiple possible solutions and iterate while sketching the layouts.
We make wire frames to test multiple layout concepts to detect critical usability problems early in the design process.
05 Prototype (UT)
We build prototypes because they allow us to test and refine our concepts more quickly.
Mock-ups are the final presentation we make to see how all the visual elements look together when the site or app operates.
Our designs are finally ready to get on board and ready to be implemented by collaborating with a team of developers.
01 Check-ins &
We check in with the targeted users. Discover what they liked and didn't like and provide them room to express their feedback.
We make sure to receive feedback not only from internal stakeholders but also from external ones so that every issue is addressed and solved.
Analyze Again / iteration
We believe there is always room for improvement, and to improve it further we go through a round of analysis to know how we can iterate to maximize user experience.
Are we able to solve all the pain points? Where do we need to iterate? What are the changes that need to be made? How was the user experience? What are the new things we have learned while designing this app?
