- Consider localization, RTL, accessibility, GCC requirements, integrations, and other scope-impacting factors
- Join client/sales calls and uncover the business need behind requested features
- Present Musemind’s 400+ shipped projects to prospective clients
- Define features, user roles, workflows, user journeys, screen flows, and functional scope
- Prepare questionnaires, proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, and estimation sheets
- Estimate UX/UI and development effort and structure project phases

Use ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and AI agents/workflows for research, analysis, call summaries, scope structuring, documentation, and estimation. Familiarity with prompt engineering, context management, token optimization, structured prompting, and agentic workflows is expected. Always validate and fact-check AI output-AI accelerates the work; judgment remains yours.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving ability
- Strong Figma skills - confidently inspect files, components, variants, prototypes, flows, and screen-level requirements
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for estimation and scope breakdown
- Understanding of UX/UI, IA, user flows, and digital product development.
- Familiarity with modern technology stacks, development processes, and coding principles, gained through hands-on product development experience.
- Ability to turn messy information into structured requirements and scope
- Strong English communication and documentation skills
- 1+ years in Business Analysis, UX/UI, Product, Development, QA, Research, or a related field preferred
Good to have: RFP/RFQ experience, SaaS/web/mobile product experience, GCC/international market exposure, and familiarity with accessibility, responsive design, and localization.
