Minimum Qualification Criteria:

  • Minimum Years of Experience: 7 Years.
  • Minimum Team Leading Experience: 3 Years.
  • Minimum People Leading Experience: 4 Person.
  • Individual Sales Closing Experience: 1 M USD/Year.
  • As a Team Lead Sales Closing Experience: 1 M USD/Year.
  • Individual Minimum Sales Closing Project (Number): 50.
  • As Team Lead Minimum Sales Closing Project (Number): 50.
  • Flexible Work Hour is Mandatory to meet customers’ expectations.
  • CRM/ERP Establishment experience is plus and usage experience is must.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Achieve the Sales Target assigned by the Management and lead the Sales Team to deliver the number of the whole team.
  • Manage the Sales Team, Train the Team and Develop the Team to deliver the number.
  • Equip the Sales Team with all required technological, commercial and administrative support to close the deals.
  • Report to the Management in weekly basis.
  • Work Closely with the Management to setup the Sales Strategy, SOP and ensure the Implementation of Sales Strategy and SOP.
  • Develop and Deliver the Business Plan and Sales Plan deriving and in line with Sales Strategy.
  • Ensure the smooth coordination with other teams to close the deal.
  • Ensure the best in class customer experience in terms of relationship, customer delivery and future growth for the organization.
  • Attend in Cusotmer's meeting to understand the requirement, prepare the proposal along with technical and commercial and close the deals to achieve individual target.

  • Understand Customer's requirement, prepare the proposal along with technical and commercial and close the deals to achieve individual target.

  • Accountable for the deal closing for the whole team.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate response to the Customer for the whole team as per SOP.
