We are seeking an Outreach Specialist to drive LinkedIn lead generation and outreach campaigns. This role involves connecting with key decision-makers, building relationships, and nurturing leads to generating business opportunities. What we are looking for

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound LinkedIn outreach to connect with potential clients, decision-makers, and key influencers across various industries (USA, Europe, and the Middle East).
  • Develop and implement a highly effective messaging strategy for connecting with and engaging LinkedIn prospects, focusing on personalized communication that adds value and sparks interest.
  • Regularly optimize LinkedIn profiles to ensure they are positioned to attract and engage potential clients and business partners.
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with prospects by engaging with their content, participating in conversations, and nurturing relationships through consistent follow-up.
  • Qualify leads through LinkedIn conversations, identifying the best-fit prospects for our services, and moving them through the sales funnel.
  • Maintain a well-organized outreach pipeline, ensuring regular follow-ups and timely responses to all inbound communication, tracking outreach success, and documenting key interactions.
  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, and content teams to ensure outreach strategies align with business goals and messaging frameworks.
  • Identify and target relevant decision-makers, industries, and organizations that align with our client offerings and value propositions, using LinkedIn search tools and filters.
  • Track outreach performance using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools, providing insights into conversion rates, engagement levels, and lead quality to refine the strategy over time.
  • Stay informed about LinkedIn trends, industry news, and the competitive landscape to adapt outreach strategies and improve lead generation tactics.

Core Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, or business development, preferably in a digital agency or tech environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating and executing successful outreach campaigns on LinkedIn, including building prospect lists, crafting compelling messages, and driving conversions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences and spark interest with personalized approaches.
  • Strong ability to assess and qualify leads effectively, ensuring that outreach efforts are focused on high-value prospects.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools for prospecting and managing outreach campaigns.
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track outreach activities, manage leads, and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Ability to efficiently manage multiple outreach campaigns, track engagement, and follow up with prospects while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Focus on achieving measurable results, with a proven ability to convert outreach into meaningful business opportunities.
  • Familiarity with the industries we target (e.g., digital marketing, design, branding) and an understanding of how to position our services to different sectors.
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience targeting international markets, especially the USA, Europe, and Middle East, will be an advantage.

Essential Requirement:

  • Applicants must be open to working night shifts (North American Time) as part of their regular schedule. The night shifts will be scheduled on a rotating basis. 
  • Must be open to accept the fixed and variable compensation package.
  • The applicant should have General knowledge of IT services and marketplaces.
