We are seeking an experienced Senior React Native Developer to join our engineering team in Dubai & Abu Dhabi, UAE. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building high-performance cross-platform mobile applications, solving complex technical challenges, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional digital products.
The ideal candidate has 7–8 years of experience in mobile application development, strong expertise in React Native, and is available to join immediately. We're looking for someone who can contribute from day one in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
- Build scalable, reusable, and maintainable application architecture.
- Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party SDKs, payment gateways, and native device capabilities.
- Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and stability across Android and iOS.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following engineering best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining high development standards.
- Mentor junior developers and share technical knowledge within the team.
- Stay updated with the latest React Native ecosystem, tools, and mobile development best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- 7–8 years of experience in mobile application development.
- Strong hands-on experience with React Native.
- Solid proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Experience integrating REST APIs and third-party libraries.
- Experience publishing and maintaining applications on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
- Strong understanding of mobile application architecture, performance optimization, and debugging.
- Experience with Git, version control, and Agile development methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on fintech, travel, insurance, eCommerce, or enterprise mobile applications.
- Knowledge of native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development.
- Experience with state management solutions such as Redux, Zustand, or MobX.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release management.
- Experience working with cloud services such as Firebase or AWS.
- Previous experience mentoring developers or leading technical initiatives.
