Description:
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, building a strong employer brand, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute end-to-end recruitment strategies, from initial requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding preparation.
  • Proactively source passive candidates using a variety of tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, industry events, specialized job boards, and internal databases).
  • Collaborate with Team leads to understand their specific needs and create tailored job descriptions and candidate profiles.
  • Develop and refine interview processes, evaluation criteria, and salary benchmarking to ensure fair and equitable hiring practices.
  • Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
  • Manage pre-employment formalities and facilitate seamless onboarding for new hires
  • Collaborate with HR Operations to strategize and execute comprehensive new-employee orientation sessions, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Utilize data-driven metrics to assess recruitment effectiveness and make continuous improvements.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs, actively networking within the industry.
  • Develop recruitment SOPs, assessment tools, and onboarding materials.
  • Spearhead and execute strategic employer branding campaigns to establish Musemind as a premier destination for top-tier creative talent.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor hiring practices to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and hiring metrics for management.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the management

Qualifications & Skills :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in recruitment, preferably within creative agencies, IT, or digital industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and make informed decisions.
