About the Project

Daxtra, an innovative AI-powered recruitment technology, is designed to streamline the hiring process by helping recruiters find, parse, match, and engage the best candidates efficiently.

Daxtra engaged us to transform their initial  concept into a polished, user-centric design.

Our work encompassed end-to-end UX design, from concept ideation through to final design, ensuring a cohesive and intuitive experience across all features.

Problems

Daxtra required seamless integration into ATS or CRM systems, efficient automation of CV formatting, anonymizing, and data cross-referencing.

Additionally, they wanted to incorporate NLP and AI to enhance candidate search, parsing, and matching capabilities.

Color Palette

We chose a sophisticated color palette to ensure the Daxtra platform looks professional and clean. The primary color is green, symbolizing growth, and reliability, which aligns with Daxtra’s mission.

Dashboard

The dashboard, a core functionality we developed, includes an integrated filter and search feature, allowing recruiters to efficiently find the perfect candidate, enhancing the overall recruitment process.
