We’re looking for an experienced and highly driven Business Development Manager — National Sales to lead our enterprise and government sales initiatives across Bangladesh.This role is specifically for someone who understands the government and enterprise sales landscape in the Bangladesh market, has experience working on government sales projects, and has built strong relationships across the market
You should know how large organizations make decisions, how government procurement works, how to navigate long sales cycles, and most importantly, how to turn strong market relationships into real business opportunities.
You’ll be responsible for identifying high-value opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, leading sales conversations, and driving enterprise and government projects from opportunity to closure across the Bangladesh market.

Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for government and enterprise clients across Bangladesh.
- Identify and pursue high-value sales opportunities with government organizations, ministries, agencies, corporations, and large enterprises across the Bangladesh market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, senior stakeholders, procurement teams, and institutional representatives.
- Leverage existing market relationships and professional networks to generate qualified business opportunities.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and relationship building to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
- Lead government and enterprise sales projects while understanding and managing relevant procurement and approval processes.
- Monitor government tenders, RFPs, RFQs, upcoming projects, and other potential business opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and work closely with internal teams to develop relevant proposals and solutions.
- Represent Musemind in client meetings, business discussions, networking events, and strategic industry engagements.
- Maintain a healthy national sales pipeline and ensure consistent follow-up across active opportunities.
- Track sales performance, revenue opportunities, forecasts, and deal progress.
- Provide regular updates to management on pipeline, market opportunities, challenges, and sales performance.
- Develop long-term relationships with government and enterprise clients to create repeat and strategic business opportunities.
- Continuously identify new sectors, organizations, and market opportunities across Bangladesh where Musemind’s services can create value.
Core Requirements:
- 4–6 years of professional sales experience, preferably in B2B, enterprise, technology, consulting, digital, or professional services.
- Proven experience in government sales projects is mandatory.
- Strong experience in enterprise and government sales in the Bangladesh market.
- A well-established professional network and strong market connections across relevant government and enterprise sectors.
- Strong understanding of government procurement, tendering processes, RFPs, RFQs, and institutional buying cycles.
- Experience handling large-value or complex sales opportunities from initial contact to closure.
- Strong understanding of enterprise decision-making structures and stakeholder management.
- Proven ability to build relationships with senior-level decision-makers and convert relationships into business opportunities.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand business requirements and communicate solutions clearly to clients.
- Strong commercial understanding with the ability to manage sales targets, pipelines, forecasts, and revenue opportunities.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of opportunities, and consistently follow through.
Good to have: RFP/RFQ experience, SaaS/web/mobile product experience, GCC/international market exposure, and familiarity with accessibility, responsive design, and localization.

It’s a Plus If You Have:
- Experience selling UI/UX design, digital products, software, technology, consulting, or professional services.
- Experience working with large government organizations, ministries, agencies, corporations, or public-sector institutions.
