Where are Musemind's offices located?
Musemind runs six offices across three continents. Dubai (Latifa Towers, Sheikh Zayed Road) is our Middle East base. Riyadh covers Saudi Arabia. London and Berlin cover the UK and EU. New York covers North America. Dhaka is our largest delivery hub. Every office on this page lists a street address and a local phone number, so you can call the team in your region directly rather than routing through a central inbox.
Do I need to be in the same city as a Musemind office to work with you?
No. Most engagements run remote. We operate as an embedded design team: your Slack, your standups, shared Figma files, and a named point of contact rather than an account manager relay. Office proximity changes how easy an in-person kickoff is. It does not change delivery quality or speed.
Does Musemind work with European brands?
Yes. Our Berlin and London offices anchor European delivery for clients in Dublin, Barcelona, Copenhagen, and Bristol. European projects carry different constraints than Gulf or US ones: GDPR-aware form and analytics setup, multilingual content structure, and accessibility standards that European businesses are increasingly required to meet. We plan for those during information architecture, before visual design starts.
What makes Musemind's Middle East work different from a generic agency?
Bilingual structure and regional credibility. Arabic-English websites need proper RTL layout, Arabic typography, and a language switcher planned into the information architecture, not translated after launch. Our GCC delivery includes Raqamyah and Ministry of Hajj and Umrah work out of Riyadh, and Qatar Museums and Qatar Creates work in Doha. For Jeddah and Abu Dhabi buyers, that same GCC experience applies without a separate office in each city.
Do time zone differences slow projects down?
They do the opposite when the handoff is structured. Offices in Dubai, Riyadh, London, Berlin, New York, and Dhaka mean someone on the team works in or near your hours, and the gap between regions becomes production time rather than dead time. Clients tell us this directly. Amir AlAfnd of Prime noted our team worked past their hours to cover the time zone difference and still delivered on schedule.
Are the same services available in every location?
Yes. UI/UX design, web design and development, Webflow development, SaaS design, mobile app design, brand identity, motion graphics, MVP development, and UX/UI consulting are available from every location. The same senior team delivers them. What changes by market is the research input: local user expectations, language requirements, device habits, and the competitive baseline your buyers already compare you against.
Does pricing change depending on my location?
No. Pricing follows scope, complexity, and timeline, not geography. A five-page marketing site costs the same whether the client sits in Austin or Abu Dhabi. Project budgets typically start around $5K and scale past $100K for multi-language platforms, design systems, and full product builds. We scope after a discovery call so the number reflects your actual requirements.
