Role Overview

Musemind is looking for a Project Coordinator to work closely with our Project Managers and delivery teams across UI/UX design, web and digital product projects.

You will act as an operational partner to the Project Manager, helping coordinate technical and delivery activities, track requirements and dependencies, maintain project visibility, reporting and ensure tasks move forward as planned.

This role is designed for someone who wants to build a career in Project Management within a digital product or agency environment and is eager to progress toward an Assistant Project Manager (APM) role based on performance, capability and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Project Managers in coordinating technical project activities, tasks and timelines.
  • Coordinate between design, development, QA and other project teams to ensure smooth handoffs.
  • Track project requirements, dependencies, action items and follow-ups.
  • Communicate with internal teams and stakeholders to keep everyone aligned.
  • Maintain project documentation, trackers and updates in ClickUp.
  • Identify and escalate technical blockers, risks or delays to the Project Manager.
  • Support project meetings, status updates and day-to-day project coordination.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong stakeholders communication and coordination skills.
  • Basic understanding of web/app development and digital product workflows.
  • Ability to understand technical requirements and coordinate with design teams and developers.
  • Strong ownership, organization and follow-up skills.
  • Comfortable working with project management tools such as ClickUp or Jira.
  • Eagerness to develop into an Assistant Project Manager within a short time.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, technical coordination, operations or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of digital products, websites, software development and UI/UX workflows.
  • Good understanding of project management fundamentals.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to understand technical requirements and communicate effectively with the internal team.
  • Strong documentation and reporting ability.
  • Comfortable working with ClickUp, Jira or similar project management tools.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to identify blockers and escalate them early.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced agency environment.

Career Path

The goal is to develop the selected candidate into a capable Assistant Project Manager (APM) who can independently manage defined project activities and gradually take ownership of projects under the guidance of senior PMs.
