We are looking for a Frontend-focused QA Engineer who is passionate about crafting flawless user experiences. This role is not limited to traditional testing, you will serve as the final gatekeeper of quality, ensuring that every product we deliver is visually accurate, functionally sound, and production-ready.

You will play a key role in bridging the gap between design and development, ensuring that what is envisioned is executed perfectly down to the smallest detail.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Frontend Quality Assurance (Primary Focus)

  • Ensure smooth animations, transitions, and micro-interactions
  • Validate pixel-perfect implementation from Figma to live product
  • Ensure accuracy in layout, spacing, typography, color, and component behavior
  • Perform comprehensive responsive testing across devices and breakpoints
  • Conduct cross-browser testing (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox)
  • Identify UI/UX inconsistencies, usability gaps, and interaction flaws
  • Verify states such as hover, focus, active, disabled, and error handling


2. Functional & Manual Testing

  • Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and QA documentation
  • Perform regression, smoke, sanity, and exploratory testing
  • Identify edge cases, negative scenarios, and real-world usage patterns
  • Ensure features meet business logic and acceptance criteria
  • Track and manage defects with proper severity, priority, and reproducibility steps

3. Backend QA & API Testing (Secondary Focus)

  • Perform API testing using tools like Postman / Swagger
  • Validate request/response cycles, status codes, and data consistency
  • Test authentication flows, error handling, and integration points
  • Ensure seamless end-to-end system functionality

4. Collaboration & Process Ownership

  • Work closely with UI/UX designers to understand design intent
  • Collaborate with developers to resolve issues efficiently
  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives)
  • Communicate clearly with international clients and stakeholders when required
  • Advocate for quality standards and best practices across teams
  • Contribute to improving QA workflows, documentation, and efficiency


Core Requirements

  • 2–8 years of experience in QA with a strong focus on frontend testing
  • Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, responsive behavior, and browser rendering
  • Proven ability to detect visual inconsistencies and UX issues
  • Hands-on experience with browser developer tools
  • Familiarity with bug tracking systems (Jira, ClickUp, etc.)
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal) to effectively collaborate with international clients and teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) or a related technical field

Essential Requirement:

  • Strong ability to ensure pixel-perfect design implementation
  • Exceptional attention to detail and design-first QA mindset
  • Expertise in cross-browser and cross-device testing
  • Hands-on experience with API testing tools (Postman/Swagger)
  • Ability to take end-to-end ownership of product quality
  • Strong communication skills to clearly articulate issues and improvements

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Solid understanding of software testing lifecycle and QA methodologies
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to anticipate edge cases and user behavior patterns
  • Clear and structured bug reporting and documentation skills
  • Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative environments

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with automation frameworks (Cypress, Playwright, Selenium)
  • Familiarity with design systems and component libraries
  • Knowledge of performance testing and optimization
  • Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG)
