- Collect project needs with the Design Manager and presales team when needed. Understand the problems of clients and users. Turn them into a clear design plan. Work with the PM to set timelines and break big tasks into small ones.
- Run research, information architecture, personas, and card sorting. Do UX audits using heuristic rules. Review existing products. Run whiteboard challenges in front of clients when needed.
- Build design systems from scratch. Hand them to junior designers with clear notes on how to use them. Keep the token systems updated and growing. When design is done, hand off to developers with full clarity and support.
- Mentor and lead the design team. Help them grow toward Senior level. Keep working on your own growth at the same time.
- Present designs to clients with clear reasons, online and in person, often with [MENA / international] clients. Defend your choices with confidence and good storytelling. Make clean slides. Get client approval.
- Know what each client wants from interactions and animations. Share these ideas clearly with the animation team. Work closely with developers during build for pixel-perfect results.

- Use AI code tools like v0.dev, Cursor, or Framer AI to build small working prototypes faster and make client presentations better.
